"I just want to say that I am very satisfied and happy with your sales staff - Ms. Florence Low. I've actually seen the Slat Secretary Desk and Varsi Chair in Isetan and like it quite a lot. But I call in to the Balestier store to make the purchase. In fact I confirmed my purchase with Florence through Whatsapp when she sent me the photos of my purchase and the Sales Order. I think she did a leap of faith by writing the sales order without having me to pay any deposit to ensure that I am able to avail to the Varsi chair promo last week. Of course in good faith I made the payment to your company the next following day in Parkmall. Certainly such a service standard beyond my imagination and I am absolutely delighted."
"I also want to commend that Florence found out that I did not try sitting on the Varsi chair so she highlighted to me that the Varsi chair may not be suitable for long hours sitting due it's flat base. And because of that, I am also considering to change to another chair before my delivery. “I recently bought a 2-seater sofa from your store at Park Mall. I had some issues with one of the cushions and covers. I called up the office and the staff who took the call explained to me he has to check the availability of the products before getting back to me the next day. I received the call to fix a date for the exchange as promised next morning. I was impressed with the after-sales service, it is important to inform customers how you are going to resolve their problems and when they can expect an answer.”
