The collection was smooth but most importantly, the assembly uncle showed a lot of passion in explaining a defect that we have for our pacific dining set in detail. I appreciate the level of detail he shared about the product knowledge and most importantly his willingness to share.”

“I want to commend a kind lady named Jessie. I requested Jessie to help me arrange the delivery to be at the latest slot on the 14th of July; however, Jessie explained that the delivery of the goods we ordered was first in the delivery team’s schedule. Hence I enquired the possibilities of the delivery to be made on Saturday, but I was told that an extra delivery charge would be incurred. After listening to my reasons, Jessie had compassion for me and agreed to help me make a special arrangement for the delivery. She called back later that day to assure that she had made a special arrangement for my bed and mattress to be sent to my house on Saturday with no extra delivery charges."
