[Notice] Migration of customer service/support to Live Chat

Dear valued friends and customers,

Implementation of an integrated customer support system

To maintain more consistent communications with customers for support and other queries, with effect from 3 February 2020, Scanteak's support team can be reached via our Live Chat function on

The Live Chat function will be operational from working Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends and Public Holidays), 9am to 5pm. After hours, chats will automatically be converted to tickets for follow up on the next working day, as long as an email address is provided.

Images for servicing or other after-sales requests may also be uploaded to the Live Chat window for reference.


Cessation of the WhatsApp chat number and Customer Service email

To streamline communication channels, with effect from 3 February 2020, BOTH the support WhatsApp chat line and usual service email will be terminated, and customers will be directed to our Live Chat window for assistance and support.


Urgent queries regarding Sales and/or Promotions

Customers are encouraged to call any of our showrooms for urgent queries regarding promotions or our products.


Urgent queries regarding upcoming deliveries

For urgent enquiries regarding an upcoming delivery (up to 5 days prior to your delivery), customers can still call our respective showrooms.
